8-STRING REGULAR SLINKYS ARE HERE!
The all-new Regular Slinky 8-String electric guitar strings have arrived! Ernie Ball nickel wound electric guitar strings are made from nickel-plated steel wire wrapped around a tin-plated hex-shaped steel core wire. The plain strings are made of specially tempered tin plated high carbon steel producing a well-balanced tone that compliments all guitar playing styles.
This set is optimized for longer scale lengths and multi-scale instruments. All strings are 39.5" long and the .074 has a 37" taper. Gauges are .010, .013, .0165, .024w, .032, .044, .058, and .074"

Ernie Ball Medium Scale Slinky bass strings are constructed utilizing the same production methods and materials as the popular Slinky nickel wound bass strings. Offering the same Slinky feel and bright, balanced tone, these new strings are specifically engineered to fit basses up to 32.5" in scale length as well as short scale basses with string through bridges such as a vintage Fender Mustang.
