L'astuce : Le matériau de la gaine réagit aux UV - grâce à une composition spéciale de colorants dans la production de la gaine en tissu, ce qui est normalement invisible à l'œil humain devient visible sous la lumière UV (lumière noire). Disponibles dans les couleurs tendance vert ou orange (toutes deux avec un noir contrasté), les câbles BLACKLIGHT EDITION sont conçus pour les musiciens qui aiment l'effet spécial "wow" dans leur performance.
For Cordial, of course, this extraordinary visual effect goes hand in hand with high product quality. The cables are based on the CGK 150 bulk cable, were a massive success round the globe when used in Cordial’s EDITION 25 series, thanks to the very high conductor area of 0.50 mm² for textile cables, as well as the double shielding of braided screen and carbon semiconductor. Unadulterated, virtually interference-free signal transmission is – by Cordial standards – a matter of course.

The BLACKLIGHT EDITION from Cordial combines the usual outstanding inner values with a UV-reactive textile jacket that is particularly eye-catching in black light. Individual threads of UV-reactive material have been woven into the textile jacket for this purpose. In clubs or on stages, these fibres make the cables glow green or orange under black light. This makes for real eye-catchers in your stage arrangement.
The conductor area of the bulk cable is 0.50 mm² (AWG 21), twice as high as that of conventional woven cables. To minimise microphonic effects and to protect against external interference, it is double-shielded with a braid of bare copper wires on conductive plastic.
