Dealer in the Spotlight: Reichenbach
Aujourd'hui, c'est le plus ancien magasin de musique des Pays-Bas qui est à l'honneur. Le "Muziekhandel Reichenback" de Zwolle a été fondé en 1846( !) par Nicolaas Reichenbach, fabricant de violons et de luths. Le magasin a connu de nombreuses formes et cinq générations de Reichenbach s'y sont succédé. Il est aujourd'hui géré par Laurens & Eugenie, et ils vendent beaucoup de marques géniales comme Takamine, Sterling by Music Man, G&L, Marshall, Dunlop, Ernie Ball, SIGMA, Focusrite et bien d'autres encore !
As a little boy of five, Laurens would secretly stand by and watch his father sell instruments and sometimes try to sell something to a customer. He was twelve years old when he helped out in the store on Saturdays. This also applied to Eugenie: the two of them were grew up with musical instruments. They literally grew up in the music store so that made them become excellent experts!
