Coming soon: Cordial instrument cables with NEW (straight) NEUTRIK® silentPLUG®s

CORDIAL's "SILENT cables" are well established beiing important tools on countless stages, in studios and rehearsal rooms that musicians simply don't want to do without. The NEUTRIK® silentPLUG®s are particularly appreciated for their convenience when switching instruments. The silentPLUG® prevents the annoying cracking and popping noise that occurs whenever a guitar or bass is plugged in or unplugged as it "mutes" the cable.  Based on the so-called REED technology, the integrated silent switch guarantees a service life of over 1,000 plugging cycles.

Some good news about the straight(!) NEUTRIK® silentPLUG®s:
NEUTRIK® has modified the design of the installed plug NP2XX-SILENT. The 2-pin 6.35 mm jack plug featuring gold-plated contacts has not only been switched to the new 2K material for improved haptics, but the "silent switch" has also been optimized.

The change only affects the straight version of the silentPLUG®, not (!) the angled version RP2RX-AU-SILENT.

Therefore, the innovation will soon be valid for the following instrument cables*:

*starting from this date, the images featuring the new plugs will also be available on the CORDIAL website.

Cordial will be delivering the old version until July 31, 2024.
From August 1, 2024, only the new design will be available.
