New Features for DLZ Creator via Firmware Update 1.1
Mackie is excited to announce that DLZ Creator is the first-ever audio device integrated with NDI connectivity technology. This feature update is available with Firmware update 1.1.
What is NDI?
NDI is a network protocol that enables audio, video, and metadata signals to be sent over standard networks in real-time. NDI is bidirectional, low latency, and can transmit video up to 4K and beyond. It is used in some of the largest broadcast environments in the world and many pro AV integrations. It is also used for game streaming and collaborative media applications.
CONNECT TO TWO PC’S
NDI is the protocol used in broadcast and radio because it’s fast and dependable. Now you can use NDI to connect your DLZ Creator to a second PC (along with other sources like NDI-compatible cameras), directly into OBS for a professional, streamlined setup.
COLLABORATE WITHOUT BARRIERS
Podcasters have all sorts of complex workarounds when recording remote sessions—workarounds that broadcasters avoid by using NDI. Now you can connect multiple DLZ Creators in different locations via NDI send and receive audio between them with low latency.
DLZ CREATOR SPEAKS YOUR LANGUAGE
You can now choose more languages for the DLZ Creator interface, including English, Chinese (Simplified Mandarin), Japanese, Korean, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.
