Dealer in the Spotlight: Van Der Zwaag

Today’s dealer in the spotlight is Melchert from music store Van Der Zwaag in Dokkum (NL). This store opened its doors at Friday the 14th of October in 2005 but they had to move (due to success) to another building in 2015. They sell awesome brands like Marshall, Lâg Guitars, Sigma Guitars, Sabian, Dunlop, Fishman, Coolwind and much more!

Over the years, Van der Zwaag Musical Instruments grew from a regional store to a nationally known company. Due to the increasing activities in the field of sales, advice and maintenance, the building on the Boterstraat in Dokkum became too small and they moved to a building that better suits the insight and experience of today's customer.

In October 2015, the beautiful building on the Kleine Breedstraat 2, in the heart of the city center at the waterfront in Dokkum, became the new place for the music store. Besides the music store, they also have an in-store repair department, expertly run by Oege van der Zwaag and Johan Kok. All in all, they have a very broad experience and assortment and they can help you pick the right instrument.
