Dealer in the Spotlight: Round Music

Today’s dealer in the spotlight is Round Music in Groningen. Round Music can help you with finding the right instrument and repairing them. On the other hand, you have Round Audiovisual, that focusses on the rental of professional sound and lighting materials & the technical realization for your festival, event, etc… They sell awesome brands like Marshall, G&L Guitars, Ernie Ball, Vic FIrth and much more!

Round Music & Round Audiovisual, formerly known is “Eurodisc” is housed in a former video shop and gym. They moved to this beautifully renovated and attractively furnished building in October 2020. They also host a music school and they work together with Jeroen Russchen of Jeroen Russchen Music Production.

You can find Round Music at Hoofdstraat 80, Stadskanaal, Groningen or take a look at their webshop!

"There is a lot of demand for music lessons at the moment and, in addition, many instruments are sold in the store and through the website," says Pim to the ‘Ter Apeler Courant’ news paper.

"In terms of Round audiovisual, we are unfortunately suffering a lot from the corona crisis," Pim continues. "We had a very busy schedule, but almost all events in recent times and in the coming months have been cancelled. We have to wait and see for now. But fortunately, we have been able to secure other assignments. For example, we have installed many cameras in churches so that people at home can still follow the services. In addition, online meetings and online events such as congresses are booming. In recent years we have apparently built up a good reputation, because fortunately they still know how to find us. Not only regionally, but also nationally."

Despite Covid-19, plans for the future are already being forged. "We have enough space in this building. As soon as it is possible, we will start organizing workshops and events."

We are already looking forward to it!
