CP4030 limited 30th La Perù Anniversary Cajon

It’s already 30 years ago, that the first production Cajon was introduced to the world: the La Perù from Schlagwerk. It marked the beginning of a new era of percussion instruments and started the global success of this incredible drum. Still today Schlagwerk manufactures the “La Perù” CP4005 based on the original design from 1990. Schlagwerk celebrates this ground-breaking innovation with a limited special model.

CP402 High Five Kids Cajon

It is undisputed that making music in early childhood has a positive effect on child development.
In this context, cajons in particular offer easy access to first rhythmic encounters. With its new, trendy kid-friendly design, the CP402 High Five Kids Cajon is a cheerful eye-catcher that encourages children to make music themselves.

Schlagwerk remains true to its principles though, and builds this Cajon with the same high-quality materials that you find in Schlagwerk’s professional instruments. European birch wood, natural felt feet, formaldehyde-free gluing in accordance with the Toy Directive and coated with water-based varnish. Tested for harmful substances by independent institutes.

The sturdy body and the durable playing surface are fully glued so that there is no risk of injury from screws. Burrs are removed and all edges and corners are gently rounded and finely sanded for comfortable playing.
